Wim Stubbe is Business Development Manager at the Belgian port of Oostende (www.portofoostende.be) . This port is an SME-port, specialising in offshore wind parks, circular economy and blue industry, next to the traditional port activities. Within this scope of priorities, Wim Stubbe is focusing on the international cooperation as to low carbon port management (Green Deal) and innovation (Hydrogen). The role of the SME-ports within the EU and within the industry is another point of action. Wim Stubbe has initiated the set-up of the Offshore Wind Ports Platform ( 20 European offshore wind ports). Wim Stubbe has a master degree in law and has experience in EU project funding.
